Activ Foundation Inc (ABN 11 553 592 765) a WA based charity that supports the management of this lottery and part proceeds of the lottery are distributed to them. These proceeds are used to provide services and supports to Australians living with disability.

Unless specified otherwise, all prize draws will be conducted at Activ Foundation, 327 Cambridge Street Wembley WA 6014.

The Lucky Puppy Lottery utilises an electronic random number generator to draw prize winners. This method has been approved by the WA Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor, the ACT Gambling & Racing Commission, NSW Fair Trade and the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Results will be posted on the Lucky Puppy Lottery website.

All prize winners will receive a phone call from a member of the Seeing Eye Dogs team and will also be posted/emailed out an official prize notification letter.

Residents of all states except SA are eligible to buy tickets in the Lucky Puppy Lottery. Supporters must be over the age of 18.

The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers and ticket fulfillment staff at Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia; the nominee of the lottery; directors, suppliers and employees associated with the lottery draws.

Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs provides care and training for pups to become Seeing Eye Dogs and make a big difference to Australians who are blind or have low vision. Our Seeing Eye Dogs open up a world of independence, safety and freedom for clients to participate in all areas of life. A Seeing Eye Dog allows a person to move more quickly and navigate obstacles with much more reliability and safety. We also provide ongoing support for clients to ensure they and their Seeing Eye Dog continue to work well together and are both happy and healthy.

Proceeds from tickets sales support the breeding and training of Seeing Eye Dogs as well as the other specialist blindness and low vision services Vision Australia provides. It costs more than $50,000 and takes up to two years to breed, care for and train a world class Seeing Eye Dog.

Your contribution will give someone who is legally blind, choice to do things on their own. It’s about giving them the chance to travel independently, to contribute to their community and maintain their working life safely. Seeing Eye dogs substantially improve the quality of life for people who are blind or have low vision. Your contribution makes a life changing impact.

The total retail value of all prizes in Lottery No. 91 is $65,000. 

The Toyota CH-R GLX includes all on-road costs. Ongoing servicing is the responsibility of the winner(s). There may be wait periods associated with the vehicle. 

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $50,000 cash, an EFT transfer will be organised. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) reside in Victoria or Queensland they will instead receive $50,000 in Gold. They will be provided with the gold in an account with ABC Bullion. This will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.

Gold is a highly liquid asset, meaning you can quickly sell the asset to receive your metal’s sell price instantly. With Pool allocated, you can sell your metals 24/7 with funds transferred to your bank account within one business day of your purchase order being returned.

The purchase order requires you to provide bank account details matching your name to facilitate payment.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the Round The World Holiday, arrangements between Our World Travel and the winner will commence immediately.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the Toyota CH-R GLX, arrangements between Sydney City Toyota and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the vehicle. 

Don’t forget that you can always select the cash/gold option, and then purchase a vehicle of your choice at your preferred dealership! 

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, 1 May 2024 are eligible for the Super Early Bird Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday, 3 May 2024. 

The Super Early Bird Prize winner(s) will win the choice of a Bali Holiday for 2 valued at $5000 or $5000 gold /cash. 

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, 29 May 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday, 31 May 2024. 

The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will win the choice of a Maldives holiday valued at $10,000 or $10,000 gold/ cash. 

The Lucky Club Prize is a separate draw that consists only of tickets purchased by Lucky Club members. 

To be eligible to win the Lucky Club Prize, you must have an active Lucky Club membership at the time of the prize draw on Friday 28 June 2024 and have at least 1 (one) ticket in the current lottery. 

Quarterly Debit members – The Lucky Club winner(s) will be in with the chance win $5000 gold/cash at the end of the lottery.

Monthly Debit members – The Lucky Club winner(s) will be in with the chance to win $1000 every week in our weekly draws.
 

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, 26 June 2024 are eligible for the Grand Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday, 28 June 2024.

Yes, winning ticket numbers for the Super Early Bird Prize, Early Bird Prize, Grand Prize, and Lucky Club Prize are still eligible to win another prize category. However, all terms and conditions must be met.
